As Long As There’s You

Upon hearing of the passing on to eternal glory of the Good Elder Moses(of our generation) Adamasi, the only thing that came to my mind was the song by Pastor Donnie McClurkin and l shall like to say to him…
“If there were no gates of pearl,
If there were no streets of gold,
If there was no other world oh ooo uh,
And a land where we won’t grow old uh huh,
I’m not thinking about those sights, no o oh uh
Won’t be there to enjoy the view, no, no
I think Heaven will be alright
Just as long as you’re there
As long as there is you”…

Que son âme répose toujours en paix.
Adieu Papa !

TRIBUTE TO THE LATE ELDER MOSES TEYE-KWAME ADAMASI (BY THE FAMILY)

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith :Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown… (2Timothy 4:7-8)

The entire Kpotse (Adamasi) family are thankful to God for the saving hand laid on you at tender age.
You were the most loving child of your father, seen as the “walking stick”.
He obtained his formal education through determination and became the first graduate among the siblings.
He spent almost all of his working life outside Ghana. Upon his retirement he returned home and unfortunately his elder brother pass on.
He then assumed the position of the Head of the Adamasi family. As the head of family, he abolished pouring of libation in the Adamasi family, which is a great divine intervention.
We say God bless you for allowing yourself to be a blessing upon the family.
Fare thee well.
Rest in peace.

OUR ELDER, OUR FRIEND

Elder Moses Adamasi was a gift of God to human kind and I thank God that for many years I benefited from this gift. He lived as an example of Christ, he never takes sides, he stands for the truth. Indeed a man of integrity, We will miss him. He was very gentle yet gives prompt response to issues brought to him. We found Elder to be a godly father and a husband to one wife. Elder will never drop you halfway, he takes you to your doorstep. When you visit Elder and his wife they must look for something to entertain you raging from drink, to groundnut, to their very special butter avocados pear. He was a giver, he was never selfish, he gave himself solely for evangelism and the service of God to humanity. God bless the legacy you left for us all. May your wife, Children and grandchildren be comforted. Elder you lived well. Good night Sir.

A Saint Gone To Meet His Creator

Elder Adamasi,a selfless, unassuming, dedicated and committed servant of God,who does everything committed to him with every sense of responsibility.
We happened to be in the same fellowship then and also lived in the same area.He used to carry our children and every other child in the area to the staff school then. He did it with all commitment that his vehicle became the children’s car,an experience the children never forgot.
It was the same experience in the fellowship and amongst brethren. His loyalty to God’s work and leaders was never in doubt. He loved God and his people genuinely. He was peaceful and sought peace all his lifetime. The last time I heard your voice was in Ghana when you said you were quite a distance from our conference venue and will make sure we see when next I visit which never happened till this your departure to glory.I pray the legacy you left will transcend your descendants.Rest In Peace.

Elder Adamasi was a model

Elder Adamasi was a model Christian leader. His life was an embodiment of Paul’s words in 1 Thes 4:11; he led a quiet life, attended to his own business, worked hard both professionally and in the Lord’s vineyard, and imparted all around him.

In all my years of knowing him, one thing was clear to me; he truly loved God and loved God’s people. Even as my family and I mourn his departure, we find solace in the fact that he has gone to be with God, whom he loved so dearly. We are comforted by the knowledge that good people don’t really die. They merely sleep, until the resurrection morning when we shall all be reunited.

Rest on, dear elder. May God smile upon the works of your life and grant you eternal rest. Amen
